Downstairs

The cottage is heated with electric storage heaters additional heating being available in the lounge and bedrooms. The cottage uses a private water supply which is treated but you may prefer to drink bottled water.

LOUNGE - Lounge has electric fire and a comfortable leather 3 piece suite and coffee table.
Although there is NO TV reception a TV is provided to watch videos and DVD's ( a small selection is provided ). There is also a CD player.

KITCHEN - Fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge and microwave. Dining table and chairs for 4. Rocking chair to enjoy stunning views from kitchen window. Tourist information and maps.

BATHROOM - Electric shower, towel rail and shaver point.

Upstairs

2 BEDROOMS - 1 Twin and 1 Double with a King size bed.

The spacious landing offers a selection of games and books with an easy chair for relaxing.

Outside

An additional toilet with washing machine.

A large shed houses the freezer and tumble drier. This is an ideal storage and drying space
for outdoor clothing and equipment and has room for bikes, fishing gear etc.

Bed linen and electricity are included in the price.

Towels if required must be pre-booked and cost £5.00 per set.

Please note that smoking is not permitted within the cottage.
